Get it Right, Y’all

This Texas girl’s biggest pet peeve: misspelling y’all as ya’ll. Get it right, people!

You + All = Y’all

Hope y’all have a great day! 🙂

LOL! Might be grammatically incorrect, but at least it’s spelled right! 🙂

Or have you seen “you’ll” for y’all? That one really bugs me! Anyway, my smart phone even corrects “ya’ll” to “y’all”? No excuses! Lol!

I’m from NC and “y’all” is for more than one person. I have read several fiction books where the author has a character say “y’all” when only speaking to one person!

I’m with you, Sylvia! I read a book where a character was speaking to one other person and said “y’all” and it ruined the entire book for me! Yes, the grammer of y’all is important, too. It’s you, y’all, all y’all. 🙂
