A Sunday Psalm

Home » Faith » A Sunday Psalm

In: Faith, Life, Uncategorized on: June 3, 2012

They cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and He brought them out of their distress.
He stilled the storm to a whisper;
the waves of the sea were hushed.
They were glad when it grew calm,
and He guided them to their desired haven.
Let them give thanks fo the Lord for HIs unfailing love
and His wonderful deeds for men.
let them exalt Him in the assembly of the people
and praise Him in the council of the elders.
–Psalm 108:28-32

    He welcomes me to His banqueting table….
    He sets a straight path before my feet….
    He is the Vine and we are the branches….
    He is the Shepherd and we are the sheep…..
    There’s one way to peace through the power of the cross….
    He lifts me up to the heavenly places….
