Finishing up revisions on Hidden Riches, due out in November, put a damper on my reading time this month. And the short month itself didn’t help matters. I’m currently in the middle of several books, but here are the few I managed to finish in the past four weeks.
Carved in Stone by Elizabeth Camden
Her books just keep getting better and better. Loved this story of an Irish lawyer and a widowed socialite getting to the bottom of a mystery that has haunted her family for many years. Such great characters, as usual!
Then Came You by Rachel D. Russell
This is another in the Deep Have Collection series. Oh how much I am loving each one! In this one we revisit a character from the previous book—Vivien—the drama queen (literally!) who is also hiding a world of brokenness. She sweeps Detective Boone Buckham into her world and his will never be the same again. In a good way. So good!
The Indebted Earl by Erica Vetsch
Oh my goodness. So, so good. But did I expect any less from Erica Vetsch? Such a precious story with surprises around every corner!
The Love Letter by Rachel Hauck
A dual-time line story where the historical part is set during the American Revolution? Yes, please! A lovely story about love and sacrifice and surrendering to God’s plan over your own. Well worth the read!
There you have it. A list short and sweet, but with four very good books from very good authors. Hoping to tell you about many more in March!
Happy reading!
